Aamer Ravji originally founded The Ravji Law Firm, P.C. d/b/a Ravji Law (“Ravji Firm”) in 2005 and re-established it 2021.  For Ravji, the main purpose for establishing Ravji Law was to provide clients high quality legal representation with novel, creative, and practical solutions to their legal problems.

Ravji has represented clients in many different industries such as energy, hospitality, mercantile, retail, telecommunication, real estate, and financial.  Ravji represents multi-national corporations in high stakes complex commercial litigation matters, and high-profile clients in joint venture, partnership and operating and management agreements nationally and internationally underwritten by privately held billion-dollar equity groups and venture capitals.  Ravji’s experience also encompasses representing clients in acquiring interests in off-shore and on-shore blocks as developers and operators by negotiating oil and gas agreements with foreign governments and multinational companies and raising hundreds of millions of dollars in capital through public-private partnerships to develop and produce hydrocarbons.
